Where an account is closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, bjbaj reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original deposit method.
